Art exhibition of the DPRK. Country of great people
It included 123 exhibits, including samples of embroidery, ceramics, mosaics, and paintings painted with paints containing grated minerals. Among the sections are socialist construction, nature and people of the DPRK, as well as a part dedicated to victories on the battlefield and glorifying the courage of warriors. Among the exhibits are works of art such as “Paektu Mountains” by Choe Chang Ho, “The Land of Unanimity and Cohesion” by Park Myung Il, Park Myung Chor, Choe Woo Song and Kim So Chor, “Detachment of Glorious Military Banners” by Lee Kir Ho, Chang Wi Sun, “Our Happy Native Land” by Hwang Min, Park Kwang Rim and other works by contemporary authors. An important focus of the exhibition was the reflection of the friendly relations between Russia and the DPRK: for example, the canvas “In the same trench” conveys the unity of the Russian and North Korean military, and the painting “For the liberation of the Kursk region” depicts the participation of DPRK soldiers in the Northern Military District.
