Museum of Perm Antiquities

The museum is dedicated to paleontology and the geological history of the Earth. It is a branch of the Perm Museum of Local Lore. The museum presents a unique collection that tells about the Permian period - the last stage of the Paleozoic era. At that time, on the site of the Perm region there was a huge warm sea, and the main inhabitants were lizards - the ancient ancestors of dinosaurs.
