Exhibition of Honored Artist of the Russian Federation Nikolai Vladimirovich Burtov. The exhibition, which includes over 90 works, covers key periods of the artist’s work - from early works to current paintings. The exhibition presents landscapes of Russian cities (Plyos, Kostroma, Tutaev, Kolomna), northern views, Crimean motifs, as well as genre compositions and still lifes. The distinctive features of Burtov's style are a pasty painting style, careful work with tone and light, and the desire to convey a living impression of the changing world.
