Family is the soul of Russia. 2026
The exhibition “Family is the Soul of Russia” (2026), unveiled at the Tsaritsyno museum and exhibition complex, represents a large-scale understanding of the phenomenon of family as a fundamental value of Russian culture. The exhibition brings together works of painting, graphics, sculpture and decorative and applied art, reflecting the evolution of family relationships and everyday life from the 18th century to the present. The exhibition includes works from the collections of the country's leading museums, rare archival photographs and documentary materials that reveal the diversity of family traditions in various ethnocultural environments of Russia. Particular attention is paid to the artistic embodiment of the themes of continuity of generations, home comfort and moral guidelines.
