Your own person. Vladimir Gilyarovsky
The exhibition is actually based on Gilyarovsky’s books - “My Wanderings” and “Moscow and Muscovites”. Some elements that are presented at the exhibition: Paintings by artists - Ilya Repin, Sergei Malyutin, Vasily Kandinsky, Vladimir Makovsky, Abram Arkhipov and Vasily Vereshchagin. The exhibits are collected from 53 museums and 10 private collections, including the Polytechnic Museum, a co-organizer of the project, the State Russian Museum, the State Historical Museum, the Museum of Moscow and others.
