Impressionism with a Russian soul
The exhibition brings together 90 works by more than 50 artists, including Konstantin Korovin, Abram Arkhipov, David Burlyuk, Konstantin Yuon, Igor Grabar, Vasily Zhukovsky, Alexey Stepanov and others. The exhibition is based on works from the collection of the Serpukhov Historical and Art Museum, as well as exhibits from the State Tretyakov Gallery, the Museum of Moscow, the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts, the New Jerusalem Museum, the Tver Regional Art Gallery, the Polenov Museum-Reserve and private collections. A significant part of the works from the collection of the Serpukhov Historical and Art Museum is being exhibited for the first time.
