Sevkabel Port
The space is located on part of the territory of the Sevkabel plant, the oldest cable plant in Russia. In 2017, the plant’s management decided to modernize its facilities and free up part of the territory for new purposes. The vacant areas near the Gulf of Finland on the site of the historical Siemens and Halske plant became the basis for the creation of a new cultural and business space.
